It's in the " Photography " section because it's NOT a photomanip. The colours are acctually make-up.

Four eye-liners used: one blue(sky), one yellow(sun & rays), one white(cloud), and one black(cloud-outline). used a lot of foundation( jade advance wear foundation spf9 ) before applying the eye-liner: that's what gives the creamy, soft look. then added some black mascara (l'oreal volume shocking mascara) to curl the eye-lashes a bit.
Edit: saturation/brightness&contrast/levels/added the text.

Now that is refressing and different! I usually hate seeing all the macro eye shots, but this is actually one I love.
